Sub prime was hardly relegated to poor black neighborhoods.(why aren't the 8 areas with more foreclosures than Baltimore rioting?)

I saw an old friend last night, single Mom, Asian, educated, ambitious, smart….she is in year 8 of fighting her foreclosure. Just finally lost a summary judgement to the bnksters. The local judge has refused any demand by any homeowner (including her) for the bank to produce legal ownership of the mortgage and note. In her case she actually had a notarized affidavit from the person who had supposedly sign the mortgage/note assignment in which she stated the signature was fraudulent(i.e. transferred by a robo-signer forged document). The judge disallowed it.

The banksters preyed on everyone.

You democrats won't admit that your party is as corrupt as the Rethuglicans.

You're gonna gladly vote for Billary and everyone knows her head is so far up Goldman Sachs ass she can't breath. Obama, the first black President, has done NOTHING for the African American community.


The problems in Baltimore are far greater than that attributed to the sub prime crisis as has been well documented here on tis thread. If the Baltimore black community is concerned about foreclosures, why not inhabit those 47,000 vacant homes?
Why not force the Democratic black leadership of the City to seize the homes through civil forfeiture like other cities have done?
Because the black leadership of Baltimore is corrupt, and it cares more about lining its own pockets than fixing the problems that exist within the city limits.


Instead, the G told the police to stand down and let the rioters destroy private property. Does that make you want to invest in Baltimore? Start up a business in a black neighborhood? Go for it.
