Okay, so Apple is a bad company to work for. Sooner or later it will bite them in the keister. That still doesn't change my opinion of their customer service and Applecare. Perhaps all that ill will arising out of that nasty corporate culture will drive the stock down to the double digits, huh? (I only wish) :)
