Barry, Thanks very much for your post. Information such as what you just offered cleared a lot of suspicion/distrust and bitterness on the part of the small investors. I am going to take your word for it until other indications prove otherwise <g>. A few weeks back, there was a Fortune (I think) article delineating some of the NASDAQ market makers' "routine practice" that put the small investors at great disadvantages. I wonder if you would be so kind as to address some of the issues raised there? (If you havn't read that article, I am sure one of us on this thread could dig it up and present it to you as a reference). Thanks again, and I am looking forward to your frequent visits to this thread in the future. Ibexx
