Wascana was on the Toronto, not the Montreal exchange, I believe and you are right. Without the necessary interest, its a scary investment. With respect to the bid/offer comment I made, I have two points to make. Firstly, I have trade ABX a number of times and had no problem with the buy or the sell(other than the normal bought too high and sold too low issue) but with other options, when I put a bid in on the option at the offer price, the offer price would increase, seemingly at the discretion of the trader as there was no increase or decrease in the bid/ask of the underlying stock. If there is some automatic purchase that occurs, it didn't happen with me. Maybe the system has changed because I have not bought many options in Canada since the TSE 35 option problem. I viewed the movement by the trader as a sign of no liquidity in the stock; maybe that is wrong.
