Seems that ever since the rights offering BLLS has dropped below what appeared to be a solid resistance level. My concern is that by issuing this rights plan they have effectively made the company less attractive to the market. Is it possible that billserve’s market value has diminished because of this poison pill. In other words could the fact that BLLS was a good take-over candidate previously been built into the price.
