Daniel Simon, thats 2 Holly names in one, its a sign. The light is with us. Now we are rocking ladys and gentlemen. Lets speak the plain trueth. I believe this forum provides the opportunity to lay the ground work for correcting the damage done in this stock. Right here and right now, I would like to really push the envelope of healing the damage done by this crash, by looking at the glass half full some more. I think we have done a fair job at getting at the trueth, and if all that we have projected in a very broad brush way is in the ball park of the trueth then I see no reason that Citrix can't trade at $40 . All this information technology stuff is for the very purpose of sharing ,in the very fashion that we are doing right now. I wouldn?t be surprised if there aren?t big boys who share the same perspective that we have shared here. Presently they maybe sitting on the sidelines or still short Citrix. However in their hearts these big time players actually may still really believe in the Citrix story, and they will be looking to go long when all the bad news is out. I think we are almost there interms of worst case sennarios that one can project with only so much information availible. If Citrix can show that things are begining to fall in place as planned, interms of large customer sales, then I think the stock goes back to 60. And if Citrix shows a good quarter we should see the stock hitting the lower analysts price targets of 70 and 80. No seriously though, Citrix?s value will rise as fast as peoples shared perception will let it. And it all comes down to faith in Citrix being able to execute its game plan. Personally if I didn?t think Citrix?s problems couldn?t be addressed in fairly short order, I would place my focus elsewhere, because I have set a goal to make the most of the current market conditions. I think it would be appropriate for all the players, big and small who got out in ythe 50?s who made good money shorting to be the first to step up to the plate and go long, thereby starting the ball rolling on Citrix?s stocks turn around. We longs in here now, supported this stock all the way down at great expense. So you hot hands can take the first serious leap of faith. Maybe even the company seeing the good that we have done here on these boards will support the stock a little as well. The sooner this stock can return to a more reasonable level the less further suffering of alot of gentle folk will incur. I?m sure there are many that are about ready to loose faith and sell and suffer a huge beating. Anyway if our hunches are correct it will only be a matter of time before positive concrete news comes out. God help the shorts that remain cynical about the Citrix story when that happens because the burning of their money will provide the fuel that makes the stock rise like liquid nitro as the stock heads back up. Thanks to the internet we have begun to restore the commonly shared faith and rationality back into Citrix in a tenth of the time , it would have taken, before the internet. The shared knowlegde on the net has greatly sped up the investing learning curve, of millions of non professional investors around the world. Hello to all fellow earthlings who aren?t from the U.S., who are reading these posts, while I am on the subject hello to my fellow U.S. citizens. Anyway Everything starts with a dream or a vision, and I am just sharing my vision, take it or leave it. But quite honestly I am here to keep my money working , not sitting around doing nothing. Like I said in an earlier post, I was never really worried when Citrix stock went down, I just thought that it was a rediculous over reaction. I just stayed in the stock, because I knew the loss of value on my investment would motivate me to do some research, and put some real energy into the situation, where as if I traded out I probably, would have walked away, but I sensed the set up for a big opportunity . The additional knowledge that I am aquiring will me into better position to take advantage of investing in Citrix at an abnormally low price. Thus setting up an usual opportunity for a large gain in a short amount of time. Excuse my shoot from the hip lets keep the ball moving style, but I find it helps to flush out any remaining parts of the stocks story that hasn't emerged to date by generating responses from knowledgable individuals that don't usually put their two cents in. One last thought the sooner Citrix returns to 40 the less interested people will be in joining the class action law suits. Finally the game plan I am laying out is one of pure speculation , and should only be acted on by people with five years of experience in the market, and with a small amount of money. Also that money should be invested in stages as positive events unfold. Say of the money one might dedicate for this purpose, I would only invest 20% of this small war chest at this time. Because there is always the chance that their are further skeletons in the closet. However if it is the bottom in here, between now and forty is a 100% return on your money. Anyway I like others, haven?t added to my position yet. I will post when and if I do. I think it is time to call Citrix for the first time and also to talk to their customers and suppliers. And to do the same for SCO?s not to mention the web based co.s Anyway there is a lot of work to do, in order to accurately fill in the picture, we have roughly drawn here. Unfortunately I don?t have the time to do a even a tenth of the research leg work that should be done, but we could divide this work up amongst our selves if people are interested. |
