Perhaps the Dynegy guys have to answer tough questions, but after all, why putting their own company at risk. That DYN isn't the bluest of the blue chips with regard to its highly leveraged BS. So they pulled out, and it didn't really suprise me.

They still can buy out certain assets once ene is in receivership.

The one thing I'm really wondering is how can Watson say about a week ago, that "he did see what he expected" (of course things worsened again in one week).

But ENE set yet another record.... a new record turnover on the NYSE for a single stock...
