I have no idea what you are talking about here: You can take a "dumb" approach to investing in cyclicals and come out miles ahead of the smart investors. Simply follow the PE10 approach (or a variation of it such replacing earnings with sales) and you will be much better off than all the technical analysis and clever work that the people do.
