Given the street's reaction to prior surprises, it is my belief that CKFR would have preannounced if there was a problem with this quarter's numbers. In as much as their clients are signing up new subscribers in large numbers, this quarter should prove to be exciting. The question remains as to how the street will interpret same and what guidance will be given for future quarters.

The model I have employed begins to increment substantial contribution to the bottom line at current levels. In other words, the unit contribution becomes greater for each new account created. No revenue is assumed for bill presentment, a factor which I believe will change in the future.

Again, it is the future of the industry as a whole, as well as CKFR's expected market share that drives the model. I assume the rate of increase will be no less than prior quarters so any upward surprise will drive earnings accordingly.
