Carlos: I am no expert. But I would define "front running" as a scheme, probably illegal, in which a promoter (read "shark") takes a position in an individual issue and then tells his/her followers to do the same so that he/she can do the opposite so he/she could take a profit when the stock is moved as a result of the recommendation. This is a bucket shop play, in my opinion, used today by questionable houses in their promotion of penny stocks. I cannot use "front-run" and "Bob Brinker" in the same sentence without clenching my teeth for even entertaining such a notion. My god, the man has integrity and would never engage in such a thing. I'll bet you did not mean to leave this impression; nevertheless, it is there in your post. Enough said.
