CICI run conf run down .. CICI is legal in many states for signature verification .. Clinton e-commerce bill does not make legal the use of signature verify but a federal law would help in signature verify. CICI sounded like the leader in there field with it fulll bag of tricks, a perfect company to get in bed with. Most other companies are one product companies, . I feel very excited about the products and the data base application. The smart phone can use the cici software. Its another pie in the sky for cici. Repeat they push signature verification...ie PALMs, Credit Cards, Electronic Signatures over internet, and Smart Phones.. they have a 76% growth reflecting software vs hardware and new established opportunities in China.. CEO has got a strong mgmt team.
