Hey there, URL. Long story short... They're awaiting results from court cases, ITC, etc. IMO, should have a decent chance. Should be news-results +/- around Jan 7th or so, and more toward the end of January. They won a preliminary infringement case against HTC, but that's subject to appeal. Association w/TPL-DL hasn't worked out the best for them. MUCH more oversight was needed..IMO. Same ol', same ol'....'waiting is the hardest part' Good to see you're alive and kicking. Happy Thanksgiving. Best, S. PS EDIG is in about the same boat..awaiting legalistics..w/o the overburden of PTSC law firm. Both have a decent chance of prevailing...IMO.
