IMO, Eric is correct. Ahhaha why do you think that UMG gets more autonomy with Comcast. Comcast is controlled by one family. IF that family or it's leader is a benevolent dictator it may be possible that they would give UGM some autonomy. If the deal with Comcast would go through as written, UGM would have no say (vote) in anything. Comcast can tell the execs at the former UGM to jump and those ex UGMers will have to say how high, they say shit and those exUGMers will have to say what color. If those exUMGer people do not do what the dictator wants they will find themselfs out on the street. In reality it will be the same with "T" but at least the execs will have voting rights in proportion to the stock that they now hold.
