•Independent Petroleum Association of America's OGIS Florida in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 1:15 PM EST. The presentation is scheduled to be webcast and may be accessed by logging on to the IPAA website at www.ipaa.org . Slides from Peterson's presentation will also be available on the Kodiak website at www.kodiakog.com .

I listened to Lynn Petersons presentation this morning. Peterson is President of Kodiak Oil and Gas, KOG. There is a great deal of information in the 17 minute presentation.

80 rigs now working the area compared to 40 last year.
Long term agreement with Haliburton to do the completions.
1 rig operating today with a 2nd rig coming on line in Feb.
XTO/EXXON to bring in 1 rig to drill in a partnership arrangement.
NO LONG TERM DEBT.
Will be drilling 3 holes from 1 pad, going to 4 holes later this year.
Cash flow and money in the bank to pay for all of this.
Will be another 12 net wells 2010.
Completing 2 new wells now.
Working on pipeline agreements to move water, oil and gas. Hope to have that completed by end of 2010.

More information on the webcast if you are interested.
