Even if someone found sonething with a gravity of 60 in the ground, it would be a blend of hydrocarbons and still require refining. The lighter the oil, the more light end (valuable) compounds can be extracted during the distillation process (the first stage of refining). Heavier crudes have the larger (heavier) molecule compounds further processed through crackers to break them into lighter, more profitable compounds. The less refining needed to produce end products, the better the margins.

Light crude is 36, so this is on the lighter end of the world's crude.
