Well. A few weeks ago I was in Tulum about 70 miles south of Cancun, and near Belize, not sure how many miles. Now that trip from Cancun to Tulum was a desolate journey, took 2 1/2 hours, detours, roads washed out, military people in jeeps gave us some worry, one bus had gone off the road. Now, I have not seen the picture but from I saw in Tulum, that area in general, I am surprised they found four shovels and a camera. Like all of you, I would love to know the outcome on all of this. BTW, I hope that land and housing development is near the coast or on the coast. Can't think of a reason to want to live inland. Well yes, residents could upgrade their housing.
