I get worried when I start seeing worthless press releases like this in a matter of days before earnings released. No I'm not short. Quite frankly I firmly believe the entire multimedia sector has been trashed solely to allow massive consumption by the big boys. Everyone needs to remember what happened 14 months ago to the box builders and disk manufacturers; tons of spew by the big boys while they were buying; there are too many similarities to ignore. SIII is in a helluva lot of machines; that is a fundamental; thats what's important. HOLD and you will do very well, I am convinced. Intel's graphics efforts are to capture the workstation market; Silicon Graphics, Sun, etc. I would be worried if I was heavily invested in those sectors for the long term; I wouldn't panic anytime soon.
