As long as he is not captured we can have a once a week rumor that he is "about" to be captured. That would ignite the market once a week for 10 weeks as people never learn.

If he is captured, someone will blow up a bridge demanding his release and he will become a liability quite quickly.

Just joking but there probably is truth in what I say.
