2:16 (Dow Jones) Now that stock markets have fallen on fears the war will be
longer than some had expected, the rally from March 12 low looks
indistinguishable from any of the other squeezes that have punctuated the
post-2000 bear market, reckons Nomura's global equity strategist Anais Faraj.

He adds that economic fundamentals are generally providing little in the way of
inspiration, with U.S. growth probably running at around 2% annualized at
present - not bad but still well below par. "The fog is unlikely to lift
anytime soon," Faraj concludes. (NPB)
