That's the big question. The Dean and Kerry camps are hoping Hillary's negatives stay high enough to keep her out. She's not worried about beating them, just Bush. Her book was an attempt to grab that moderate woman back out of the negative column. I suspect the ploy worked and that she's counting on a 60% base of women voters in the general election. Her demographic is similar to her husband's. She needs a strong military VP to offset the flood of anti-Hillary men. Clark seems to fit that bill.
