Herm, I tried to short TNIS today but shares are unavailable. Looking at the Oct 17 1/2 put the ask is 1 1/16 on volume of 28 and OI of 100. Would you buy at the current ask or try to get a lower price tomorrow on a gap up? Is there any way to know the BID/ASK prices of the OI? Or is that information only for floor traders? Is there a real-time trading system that would provide those prices?
