That's true, and there are powerful forces arrayed to see that the decisive move doesn't occur. Ultimately markets are bigger than they (especially in Forex), though. I expect it to happen soon, whether or not the Fed cuts in September (if they do cut of course, that's one more accelerant on the flame....).
