They only allow draws in group play, where the top two teams of each group advance with the best record of three games. In the following rounds it is single elimination, so they would play an extra 30 minutes sudden death and go to penalty kicks if it is tied after extra time. Even hardcore soccer fans do not like to see it go to penalty kicks...
