The more the fetus looks like a baby, the more it will be thought of as a baby. But how this will be reflected in popular opinion regarding abortions remains to be seen.

Well, having seen 3 month premies, that isn't saying much. They look more like hairy transparent apes than "babies". It still is an argument from emotion. It's necessary for something to look like a baby to be treated like one, but not sufficient. I haven't heard a satisfying argument from either camp on the subject.
