We have an invisible fence, too. I am not sure if Lizzie thinks the flags zap her, she seems to push the limit and get as close as she can to the wire until her collar starts buzzing - sometimes she'll just sit there with the collar buzzing, as it doesn't zap until she gets closer. She is a smart dog. But I will try to move some flags around the grape arbor and see what happens, and report back.
