CEO PAUL METZINGER COMMENTS ON NCS TEST RESULTS

I emailed Paul this morning to ask him what I consider to be THE most critical question of all (at least among those he could answer without revealing secrets).

Here is what I asked him:

=====================================

Good morning, Paul -- I hear you have been even busier than usual lately, so I don't want to take much of your time. The ''troops'' seem to be hanging tough, as shown by a remarkable lack of selling pressure while the larger market continues to bleed, but for many of us it's not (financially) easy, and a lot of 'em have that super-exhausted ''6,000 yard stare.''

I'm betting that you could answer the following question in a way that would give everybody a boost of confidence:

Among all the dozens of companies that have been evaluating Waferpierce, has even one of them ever come back to you and said something like, ''No, sorry, we're not interested because the technology doesn't work reliably enough to meet our standards''???

======================================

And now here is Paul's reply (bold added):

======================================

Geoff:

The answer to your question is:an unequivocal NO! To date, in every application made,NCS has exceeded specified reliability criteria. Dr. Bin Zou's Paper to be presented at IMAPS in Denver in September addresses that very issue on flip chip applications on ultra-thin flexible substrates using NCS. Reliability performance is outstanding in this very important application given the market size of flip chip. The same holds true in every other application.

My interviews on CNBC Asia and CNN Asia will soon be posted on our website and many others throughout the world. Our representative in Asia is doing an outstanding job in presenting Nanopierce Technologies,Inc to the semiconductor industry and the entire Asian media. We anticipate receiving
substantial long range benefits from his intensely focused efforts. He and his family are major shareholders in the Company and because of astute investing has the time and financial independance to leverage his associations to benefit the Company. We are fortunate to have his formidable
talent available to the Company.

FORTES FORTUNA JUVAT

Paul

=======================================

Thanks very much, Paul, and my deepest gratitude to you and all of your incredibly talented and hard working team.

Best regards,

Geoff
