Perhaps you are correct... but I feel the attorney for JNNE if he is as great as he is reputed to be, will want to get this over as soon as possible. It's basically cut and dry...what was the contract between them and what was stipulated. Amerinet has already acknowledged in past releases certain optimistic statements about their acquiring of RETN...those statements will be hard to retract now. I think JNNE is sitting in a good position. The strength of JNNE is in it's current shareholders who believe in the company. I own alot of this stock and I'm going nowhere. Lance... certainly just my opinion.
