Can one believe Vik? He puts out financials at the latest possible moment - six months after year-end. He releases no quarterly statements. He says almost nothing on how the company's doing, sales, customers, etc. Sure, XLA's a foreign company and so it skirts the SEC filing requirements -- but he doesn't have to keep shareholders in the dark. He could have a dialog with those that have invested their cash in XLA.

Glad I sold this one a long time ago -- for a significant multiple to where XLA trades today.

By the way, supposedly there's an SEC filing on XLA, but I cannot find it on Edgar.
