Hello Bonnie, it is my reading too that we will see an announcement about the long-discussed Industrial Revenue Bonds being used to erect the Skagit County Plant (and maybe more) very soon. This will indeed be an indication of confidence by the financial community.

I believe this announcement (when it comes out) will help stabilize share prices at the very least and may even create another runup (trigger the wave 5 Dr. Gary Baggs talked about last week).

As a LONG term shareholder like Nick, I am not concerned about the recent wild swings in share prices. As I mentioned on this thread before, I am planning to hold a core position of TTRIF for 10 or more years and it is my belief we will see substantial gains by then. It is tempting though to establish a small trading position to try to profit from the volatility (which I hope will subside).
