Re Quicken'98 and e-bill: I have noticed that when I connect to Citibank to send payments and download transactions, the program also goes into a "getting bills" mode briefly. Obviously, it's already set up to download bills -- when any become available.

A friend who lives in New York tells me he's signing up for electronic banking through Chase, which should be one of the first to offer both CKFR billpay and CKFR e-bill in a bank-branded, all-in-one package. I'll be interested to get his impressions, and will pass 'em on here.
