Hi pops. Okay, with Win95/98 get your normal windows desktop up, right click, click on properties, click on the settings tab, look middle right, and set screen area to where you want it. With 17" monitors I use 1024x768.

While there set your colors to True Color if you have the resources, and also make sure that the display setting is showing your current monitor and video card.
