From DAY shareholders point of view I do not believe that MDIN's suit is considered significant. I don't think DAY's fall in price is in any way connected to the suit. Your stating that the Andacollo HAS reserves seems a bit premature in MHO. At least one drill core would probably be deemed necessary regardless of AC Howe's preliminary work. What I was saying was that if your neighbor can't survive in mining gold right next door, it doesn't bode well for your chances.
