Elmer, In passing somewhere else. They did not say they "failed to meet commitments", that would invite a lawsuit. No corporate entity will ever say that. They babbaled about 'difficulties'. So you can safely spout that neother GTW or Intel will say sueable things.....hey neither do I. I am judging intel as deficient and so is the rest of the world. GTW did depend on Intel and was let down badly, snake bit, as I said. Betrayed.
It is obvious that Intel was unable to accelarate the ramp of the fast P-III parts as theye were not ready yet. AMD made them fumble. Admit it.
