But he hasn't lost the mulligan votes yet. False affidavits from Chicago vote count case law keep the score close. But please uphold the law and deny military voters! When LaPore denied a handcount where 11 votes separated 2 candidates, Combs (Hannity & Combs) said, "well she should have given you the count like she is now. We should stay consistent." Duh. Great reasoning on consistency.
