I agree 100%, but with the degree of tightness being uncertain and going the wrong way on top of the 1997 collapse where the institutions got burned very very badly, don't expect any new money coming into the patch until the clouds are lifted. Most likely later this Spring.

I'm keeping some oils as a hedge against the tech's, but my believe is oils will most likely will be dead money if I'm lucky over the next few months.

I hope I'm wrong, since I own oils.
