I find it incredulous and implausible that in a case where 5 people are arrested within a 45 minute period of each other and taken to 5 different locations or areas and interviewed in isolation with a variety of witnesses there isnt a singke tape recording or video camera running to record what was actually said and or what was actually answered. Each of he 5 people gave up their rigts to be interveiwed with an atty present,,how this is done is avery slick technique , I recall being told.." hey look this is your one oppurtunity to help yourself here, I know where Im gonna be sleepin tonight..do you ? " Handcuffed to a bar , with a camera staring straight at you...one would expect that they are being recorded and taped...Not so my fellow americans..Apparantly the camera wasnt on for any of the 8 hours I was interrogated. ( ACCORDING TO THE US GOVT )...and neither were any of the others.. This is the year 2003 ..I do believe tape recorded confessions and witness statements are or seem to be a routine part of all criminal investigations,,especially when one is being accused of such outrageous things as corruption, extortion, racketeering , and whatveer else was pile on. My question is this why are there no tapes?? Why are the only tapes in existance in this case the ones I made ( over a 100 of them ) and few select ones ( 5 to be exact..by the way I had all those recorded as well asid e from one he made with a 3rd party advising him how to set me up ) that The very Dead Mr Brown made before he decided to endanger innocent bystanders and his own life by drag racing at 2 or 3 am. This all taking place after driving on a suspended license and wreckless driving charges from before.
