A law professor from George Mason university stated that he believed the Supreme Court would take the case because of its implication to the nation. He then stated when asked well then wont it boil down to if the SC justice is conservative or liberal. He replied no that they would look at prior decisions of the SC in the matter and that based on prior decisions they would throw out the Florida SC decision.
