News this morning from SDC on the award of two newbuild contracts for jackups. These went to PPL (formerly Promet). Thinking was they would go to FELS. The design is a JU 2000 (from none other than FGH)...this should give FGH a nice little psychological boost to get its new JU design in the market. I'm surprised FGH didn't put out a PR (well, on second thought, no I'm not surprised). This may be the reason that FGH has been a little perky in the last few days. big, from oslo
