Even though the Bush cabal telegraphed their intent several weeks ago I kept hoping that it was a feint or a ruse. I should have known better. He wants to run the Bank into the ground as he did with all his other business enterprises and as he is doing to the US. I truly fear for the US now in a way I never have before - heck we made it through Nixon and Reagan. But now the malevolence and hatred towards the middle class in the US and the entire rest of the world that is such a strong part of this administration, coupled with the aristocratic disdain, blinkered mentality and unwillingness to compromise of Bush, are overwhelming.
