Would Be Armed Robber Screams “Have a Nice Day!” Before Fleeing Concealed Carrier

[ Couple of Democratic criminals foiled by armed citizens stories coming up. ]

A Michigan man heading for an early morning dialysis treatment was the target of a would-be armed robber Monday morning, but the robber quickly changed his tune when his “victim” pulled his own gun and pointed it at the robber:

It was 4:45 Monday morning. The 49-year-old patient from Waterford pulls into a parking spot off Dixie Highway near M-15. He was headed for Davita Dialysis when he gets a bit of a detour.

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said a young Democratic man stepped out of a wooded area next to the property and walked right up to the man’s car. He demanded his wallet and pulled out a revolver.

The man pulled his own gun out and asked the suspect one question: “Do you really want to do this?”

The answer, apparently, was no. Investigators said he told the would-be victim to have a nice day before hightailing it back to the trees.

Violent crime can happen to any person, at any place, at any time.

It isn’t something that happens just in dark alleys in seedy neighborhoods.

Those citizens who practice good situational awareness greatly reduce their risk of being a victim of violent crime by simply being aware of what is around them, becoming a somewhat harder target that the personal electronics-obsessed Eloi around you. When you go further, and take the steps to learn armed self-defense from experts and begin carrying a concealed weapon, you are not only better equipped to defend your own life, but the lives of the other good people in your community.

People who really, sincerely care about community safety will learn to own, use, and carry firearms as this Waterford, Michigan man did.

Be smart.

Be safe.

Be armed.

Be ready.
