[Motley Fool on COMS/USRX]

Actually, I appreciate the Fools not hyping about this merger. They didn't do that good on their latest calls..<vbg>. So, I think they just tried to take a very critiical view on this deal.

The MFs have stated before they thought about buying into USRX. But COMS did it for 'em (as they are COMS investors and therefore also "potential" USRX investors by now). Knowing that, one should recognize their real expectations 'bout the combined comany. But either way this deal's coming out, they are not to be blamed for unfounded hype. Regarding their current performance they just try to forget about emotions and feelings by regarding facts and possibly bad scenarios.

We've heard so many good news from our Robot that it's time to take off!!! Get this Robot marchin' <g>!

Another thought about the reason for the merger:
I really didn't get the critical situation 'bout what X2 means for USRX before the merger. Think about it: it's (almost) all about X2! Modems AND remote access servers would get hit hard if X2 couldn't get acceptance and support (from both customers and partners).
Actually this seems to be an all-or-nothing war. If X2 can make it (as I still think) they will gain additional market share. If not...don't want to think about it...

But at least we know USRX will be there when the new technologies emerge.

Keep the faith,
sunny
