2.5 is perfect.

I think so. I am targeting 2lbs a week. Four months to 40lbs off, a 200lb total, and a 25BMI by Christmas. Then on to roughly 180lbs and a 22.5BMI in March.

Back in '96, I dropped from 220 to 180 in four months on the Phen/Phen. The problem with it was when I quit the drugs, I gained it all back in a several years because I hadn't changed my eating habits.

This time I am not on a diet but I have changed what I eat. This approach is working. And not eating specific foods, wheat, corn and sugar, targets the change. Dr Davis says that he sees going off wheat for men wipes out "pot bellys." He calls them "Wheat Bellys." I thought I would really miss the bread, etc. But I don't.

Plus, wheat really effects the HDL and trig levels.
