Then, why break it up? About the record date, I am a registered rep. (but human), the record date and the actual x date are two entirely different dates. When the spin off actually takes place, and Compass begins trading on its own, you will see BNEZ trade down in an amount equal to 1/10 of the offering price of CDAT. Again, I am basing this on what Jack told me, .40 per share for CDAT, with a 1 for ten issue ratio. I hope we see the new stock trading on Monday. However, time has yet to seem important to these folks. They have seemed straight when I spoke with them, and I believe they want to make money as much as any of us. I personally feel a little stupid that I have invested 16,000 in a company without more factual information.
