Arnold: You may be referring to ERHC (website: www.erhc.com). They have a JV with the Uinta Indian nation in Utah (M-III Project) and are a 49% owner along with the Government of Sao Tome & Principe (former Portugese territory) which has contracted with Schlumberger for 3-D seismic and Mobil for drilling next year). Also several other projects have been contracted and await financing. There is also a SI thread for this stock at www3.techstocks.com. Hope this is the one you wanted. Good luck! Jeff
