Rick, No I don't think so. As you said they have enough good chemist, and I am *only* genius chemist. Also, my boss will immediately get hart attack. I will explain why to James by e-mail, and you can talk with him.
I agree that mid-level managers are important for projects care-forward. I trust James and you that they do have capability, I do not question technologies and money, for focus and to successful finish what they started.
James, I do not view ARQL collaborations as negative, for sure this is positive. Only I am bit concern, as Rick pointed, on possibility of the dilution regards the explosive grow.
