Tim,

I called GASS and got them to do the following :

"On April 2, 1997, the Company entered into an agreement to
acquire a 26.4% working interest in the Main Pass Block 53 from
Great River Oil & Gas Corporation. The property is operated by
Mustang Energy L.C., and the Company anticipates drilling to
commence during the last week of May 1997."

Of course I'm only kidding that I was the one that got them to do this.
This paragraph was in their 10QSB and this well could really turn things
around. This is another offshore well and while I don't know the Main
Pass Block 53 specifically I can tell you that this area could have
enormous potential. Having a 26% interest in a well like this could
easily result in doubling the market cap. of the company overnight if
it hits.

But I have decided to nevertheless jetison virtually all of my position
in this and will essentially be cheering you folks on from the sidelines.
