I don't see any problems with the "disclaimers" at the bottom of the page.... pretty standard stuff. Nothing listed on their "news" or "updates" pages.

I wonder if this is why that little cluster of sells hit yesterday afternoon? When did they issue the alert? I see that they have an email service.

Thanks for the pointer. Could you outline the content of the alert in some detail?
