CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM SQUIRM By: tm008 17 Apr 2007, 06:35 PM EDT Msg. 39331 of 39363 Jump to msg. # I just received a summons today via certified mail from Bancorp Int'l attorney office that says I (and 1,271 other defendants) have committed fraud and participated in a scheme to "deceive and defraud Bancorp by the issuance and distribution of the False Certificates". I bought the shares from E-Trade and did nothing else! There are 5 counts, each of them relating to fraudulent certificates, and each of them resulting in damages in excess of $10,000. Call 405-272-5711 There is a recorded message from BCIT attorney Laura Holbrook. You will get a live receptionist...tell her you are a BCIT shareholder and ask for the recorded message. It states "the defendants were invalidly issued shares."
