Roger, the number of officers selling right here does ring a few alarm bells. The usual story is that these guys took a large part of their compensation in options, betting on the company's success. No denying the company has been a great success --- but they have had several years to get used to the idea that VTSS stock is going to be way above the market multiple. And there seems to be no reason for the stock to go lower --- so what do they know that isn't public? I concur there are alarm bells, however faint, beginning to toll... dlo
