[The Edge]

>>without knowing any better, i give the edge to WSTL.

what is the industry willing to pay for AMTX's patents?<<

cape-
Last summer I would have given WSTL the edge, no longer!

Amati's current alliances TI, MOT, NEC, open many doors.
plus the standard issue, there is no contest who "will" have
the edge.

As with any technology that is standardized by ANSI, Amati has
made public that they will license any patents they own that are necessary for an ANSI standard compliant ADSL modem implementation in fair and equitable terms.

Of course what Amati has, goes far and above ANSI standard compliant.
And here there is no fair and equitable terms clause. :))

Sorry for slacking lately guys & gals... Though I have to keep the record straight when time permits. Sometimes the wool gets pulled over my eyes so far, I go blind, and when I can't see, watch out.
